  5. Hello Tom,
I am trying out blogging and twitter for the first time so I have a big “L” – however L is for Lucan and when I was trying my twitter for the first time this yesterday, I acam across your tweet . I grew up in Palmerstown and Lucan (Beech Park). The Lucan Festival sounds like a great idea and Lucan is so well placed as a location (in my opinion).

I liked your areas of interest and so now find myself looking at your website.

  6. Hello,

I’m Matthew Mandarino, a producer from Chicago and I have recently completed a short film. I am a fan of your blog and I thought my film was fitting with the content you post. The film is about a gang of 50s greasers who turn a small town upside down. I have just released The GHOSTS online, if you have time please take a look. I think you’ll enjoy it.

If you like what you see I would appreciate if you helped me to spread the word about the film. Thank you.

    All the best,
    Matthew

  13. Hello Tom,
since I found this site fairly recently I find the information relating to filming making in Ireland very illuminating, keep up the good work.
I have a couple of queries you might be able to help me with, firstly have you heard
anything about the shooting of a major BBC TV series “The War of the Roses” and what local production would be handling it. Secondly the same question regarding
the remake of a film made around 1955 called “Moon Fleet”. Word has that may be
    shot here shortly.
    Regards,
    Tony Hanna

  14. Thank you so much for that information,
    regards, Tony
