My 10 favourite films of 2010

Looking back over 2010, it was difficult to find 10 films that I really enjoyed. Compared to previous years it would appear that were less, large to medium budget films released in 2010.

Although it was the first time in a single year that 2 films grossed more that $1billion (Toy Story3 & Alice in Wonderland)

Shutter Island, A Prophet, Toy Story 3 and Inception for me stood out above all the rest I seen this year.

On an Irish production His & Hers would be my choice.

My 10 best films 2010 (no 9 & 10 I choose more for production design)

1 Shutter Island

2 A Prophet

3 Toy Story 3

4 Inception

5 The Secret in Their Eyes

6 Ghost Writer

7 Green Zone

8 Wall Street Money Never Sleeps

9 Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

10 A Single Man
